Soursop is known to have anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial, anti-carcinogenic, anti-diabetic, and anti-hypertensive properties.

HOW TO MAKE SOURSOP LEAF TEA

  1. Add a few cups of water to a small pot

  2. Bring the water to a boil

  3. Scrunch the leaves and add to the water (roughly 2-3 leaves per cup)

  4. Low boil/steep for 5-10 minutes

  5. strain and enjoy:)

Tips & Recommendations : Using more than 2-3 leaves per cup is more than fine. Steep for 5-10 minutes until the water looks dark and potent. Boiling Soursop leaves with Cloves, Cinnamon Leaves or Ginger tastes really good and is extra beneficial. I often re use my leaves and add re boil them, nothing goes to waste:)

1. Crush 2-4 leaves and place in a cup.
2. Boil 1 cup of water and pour over the crushed leaves.
3. Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes. Strain and enjoy!
